1. No investment or professional advice
Wallet balances, market data, token metadata, explorer records, documentation, and community discussion are general technical or public information. They are not investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and they are not a recommendation or endorsement of any asset, network, producer, dApp, or contract.
2. Self-custody and backup risk
Wisp does not hold your private keys or recovery material for you. Loss, theft, disclosure, forgotten credentials, damaged devices, insecure backups, malicious software, or unauthorized biometric or device access can cause permanent loss. Wind Crypto normally cannot reset, restore, freeze, or recover a self-custody wallet.
3. Transactions, fees, and resources
Submitted transactions can be irreversible, delayed, rejected, replaced, front-run, duplicated by user action, or executed with an unintended result. Fees, gas, RAM, CPU, NET, REX conditions, bridge fees, and exchange rates can change. A displayed estimate or decoded preview may be incomplete or wrong; inspect critical raw data and verify the final chain result.
4. Networks, contracts, and digital assets
VEX Native, VEX EVM, and other supported networks may experience congestion, forks, reorganization, validator or producer failure, governance changes, attacks, outages, or protocol defects. Tokens, NFTs, contracts, and keys can be counterfeit, vulnerable, illiquid, volatile, restricted, or become worthless.
5. dApps, approvals, and bridges
Third-party dApps and bridges can request broad permissions or malicious transactions. Their code, operators, interfaces, and data practices are outside Wind Crypto's control. A Wisp approval screen helps review a request but does not certify that the requesting dApp, destination, or contract is safe.
6. Explorer, RPC, API, and price-data risk
Wind Explorer, Hyperion, RPC endpoints, EVM indexes, token lists, and price providers can be unavailable, delayed, stale, incomplete, duplicated, reorganized, or inconsistent. Public blockchain data is permanent in many cases. Do not rely on a single interface or provider when an independent check is important.
7. Software and device risk
Mobile apps, browser extensions, SDKs, operating systems, dependencies, networks, and hardware can contain defects or vulnerabilities. Updates may change supported chains, methods, or behavior. Test important workflows with a small amount first and do not use development or unofficial builds with funds you cannot afford to lose.
8. No guarantees and liability boundary
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of security, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness, asset value, transaction success, or recovery. The limitation-of-liability terms in the Terms of Use apply. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
