Important. Wisp is non-custodial software. You control your wallet credentials and authorize blockchain transactions. Wind Crypto cannot normally reverse blockchain transactions, recover lost credentials, or guarantee the value, liquidity, or availability of any digital asset.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PT WIND KRIPTOGRAFI TEKNOLOGI (“Wind Crypto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Wind Crypto websites, Wisp Wallet, Wind Explorer, WindStack SDK, Wind Hyperion, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use digital-asset software in your jurisdiction.

2. Nature of the Services

The Services provide software interfaces, public blockchain data, developer tools, and infrastructure. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wind Crypto does not act as your bank, broker, investment adviser, custodian, fiduciary, exchange, payment processor, or agent.

Wisp Wallet is designed as non-custodial software. Wind Explorer and Wind APIs present information derived from public blockchain and related data sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, reformatted, or affected by network and provider conditions.

3. Self-custody responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • protecting your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords, and devices;
  • maintaining secure and usable backups;
  • verifying addresses, networks, assets, contracts, and transaction details;
  • understanding the consequences of importing or exposing credentials;
  • all activity authorized through your wallet or device.

Wind Crypto support will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. If credentials are lost, stolen, exposed, or destroyed, Wind Crypto may be unable to restore access or prevent unauthorized transactions.

Optional server-funded VEX Native account creation is subject to availability, name-format validation, per-IP rate limits, creator account resources, and network acceptance. A requested name or retry identifier does not guarantee that an account will be created.

4. Blockchain transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible after submission. A transaction can fail, remain pending, be replaced, or produce unexpected results due to fees, resource requirements, smart-contract behavior, network congestion, forks, software defects, user input, or third-party conditions.

You are responsible for reviewing the destination, asset, amount, network, contract action, permissions, fees, resource use, and any data shown before authorization. Interfaces and decoded descriptions are provided for convenience and should not replace independent verification when the transaction is important.

5. Third-party services, dApps, and assets

The Services may link to or interact with independent networks, nodes, RPC providers, dApps, websites, smart contracts, tokens, bridges, market data providers, and open-source software. Wind Crypto does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, legality, content, or conduct.

A token appearing in a wallet, explorer, list, registry, or search result is not an endorsement. You are responsible for evaluating third-party software, contracts, assets, permissions, and counterparties.

6. Digital-asset and financial risk

Digital assets can be volatile, illiquid, experimental, or lose all value. Blockchain software and smart contracts may contain defects or be exploited. Laws, taxes, and regulatory treatment may change.

Information provided through the Services is general technical or public blockchain information and is not investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Wind Crypto does not guarantee profit, price, liquidity, recoverability, or suitability of any asset or transaction.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
  • introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt infrastructure;
  • circumvent access controls, usage limits, or security protections;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Wind Crypto or impersonate support;
  • harvest data in a manner that unreasonably degrades public services;
  • facilitate fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited conduct.

8. Availability, updates, and termination

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services, including supported networks, endpoints, features, and compatibility. Maintenance, incidents, third-party failures, and network conditions may cause interruption or data delay.

You should not rely on the Services as the sole copy of critical wallet information or as the only method of accessing a blockchain network.

9. Intellectual property and open source

Wind Crypto names, logos, website content, product designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to PT WIND KRIPTOGRAFI TEKNOLOGI and may not be used in a misleading or unauthorized manner. Open-source components and published source code remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Wind Crypto disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free data, and security against every possible threat.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wind Crypto and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, loss of access, loss of digital assets, or unauthorized blockchain transactions arising from or related to the Services.

Liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
