1. Scope
These rules supplement the Terms of Use and apply to Wisp Wallet, Wind Explorer, WindStack SDK, Wind APIs, Wind Hyperion, and related websites and support channels operated by PT WIND KRIPTOGRAFI TEKNOLOGI.
2. Wallet responsibility
- Keep recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, and PINs secret.
- Maintain an accurate, offline backup before relying on a wallet.
- Secure the device and review biometric or signing permissions.
- Verify network, address, account, permission, asset, amount, fee, memo, and contract details before approval.
- Use only distribution links confirmed on an official Wind Crypto surface.
Never send wallet secrets to support, Telegram administrators, a website, or anyone claiming that disclosure is needed for recovery, verification, rewards, or troubleshooting.
3. dApps, providers, and signing
A connection approval can share the selected public account and network with a dApp. Signing and transactions still require a separate approval in Wisp. Review the origin and revoke permissions that are no longer needed.
On mobile, Wisp can serve VEX Native and EVM dApps. The current browser extension exposes only window.vexanium for VEX Native; it does not expose window.ethereum. Do not rely on a site that represents the extension as an EVM wallet.
4. VEX Native account creation
Optional server-funded account creation accepts a valid 12-character account name and public key. It is rate-limited and dependent on creator resources and network availability. Do not submit another person's public key without authorization or use automation to evade limits.
5. Explorer, API, and SDK use
Use public APIs at a reasonable rate, cache responses where appropriate, handle timeouts and stale indexed data, and verify critical state against the relevant blockchain RPC. Do not treat explorer labels, decoded actions, token metadata, prices, or SDK examples as financial advice or a guarantee of authenticity.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the Services to:
- violate law, sanctions, court orders, or another person's rights;
- steal assets, credentials, personal data, or account access;
- impersonate Wind Crypto, Wisp support, or community administrators;
- distribute malware, phishing, deceptive tokens, or fraudulent dApps;
- probe or exploit systems outside a good-faith responsible disclosure process;
- evade rate limits, access controls, or security protections;
- disrupt services, overload infrastructure, scrape unreasonably, or interfere with other users;
- misrepresent explorer or wallet display as endorsement, custody, or guaranteed verification.
7. Enforcement and changes
Wind Crypto may rate-limit, block, suspend, or discontinue access to hosted services when reasonably necessary for security, availability, legal compliance, or enforcement of these rules. Non-custodial keys and public blockchain state remain outside Wind Crypto's control.
